Mach Xtreme MX-MDS 1.8-inch micro-SATA SSD

Mach Xtreme today launched a new storage solution that is supported by SandForce SF-1222 (flash memory and MLC), MX-MDS Series 1.8-inch SSD. SSD can be used on mobile devices (including laptops) with micro SATA connector. Coming in 40GB capacity versions, 60GB and 90GB, MX-MDS weighs only 36 grams, has a (mean time before failure) of 1.5 million hours MTBF, capable of up to 30,000 IOPS (Input/Output per second) and provide speed reading and write up to 285 / 275 MB/s (220 / 210 MB/s for the 40GB model).
Third SSD is supported by a two-year warranty. Price €135 for 40 GB model, €165 for 60 GB and €220 for 90 GB. Retail is expected on April 11.
