Nikon Coolpix S6100 is an update to last S6000 model. Nikon Coolpix S6100 has a 1/2.3-inch image sensor CCD, increasing from 14.2 to 16.0 megapixel resolution, 7x optical zoom Nikkor lens, 3-centimeter macro mode, a 3.0-inch TFT LCD panel with anti-reflective coating and 5-level brightness adjustment. It is also capable of 720p video recording, ISO range from 80 to 3200 in manual control, 20MB of internal memory, which can be expanded via the SDHC and SDXC-compatible slot, USB 2.0, and battery life up to 210 shots.
Nikon Coolpix S6100 will be available in March 2011, priced around $200 ($50 cheaper than its predecessor). If anyone interested it is time for immediate purchase at the nearest store in your city.
